Verizon Business Recognized as a Leader in Domestic North American Managed MPLS Services

Forrester Research has recognized Verizon Business as a leading U.S. provider of managed multi protocol label switching (MPLS) services. In its October 2008 report, "The Forrester Wave(tm): Domestic North American Managed MPLS Services, Q4 2008," the firm states that among U.S. providers Verizon Business is "the overall leader," based in part on the company's strong placement in strategy. The report also states that: "Among U.S. providers, Verizon Business is first in service breadth, network performance, managed services definitions, and overall managed MPLS customer base."
